(ANS – Madrid) – On Thursday 24 October, the Pinardi Federation and the Hilton Hotel Madrid Airport, in collaboration with MasVital Zenter, Kyocera and the BLC Group, brought together more than 30 people responsible for Human Resources, Communication and Social responsibility in the Madrid community business sector. The aim was to let them know of the Pinardi Foundation's social platform activities developed to foster work preparation for the most vulnerable part of society, especially the young.
Isabel Pastor, Director of the Human Resources at the Hilton Madrid Airport, outlined particulars of the Hilton Hopes project, highlighting the fact that the “best results of Hilton Hope have been in increased awareness, motivation and identification with the project on the part of participants in the project. Involvement of those responsible during all phases and the approach adopted by Pinardi were key factors in the success of the project. Hilton Hopes has been presented to other European hotels in the Hilton chain, arousing much interest for the value that it has created amongst the working team, and we foresee that we will soon be bringing this experience to other places.”
As part of Pinardi's collaborative approach, known as “Formation in and with business” – now gaining results in finding work for 60% of those who take part in its projects – a number of coaching experiences were presented: formation in social and work competencies with the BLC Group, the Kyocera School Project and the Zen Job Project offered by Masvital Zenter. These fforts show a strong innovative element in formation practices, thanks to which businesses have seen added value a result of the collaboration: regarding internal setting, motivation, better processes, greater market competitiveness, and these factors have had a direct impact on their social and economic results.
Present at the meeting were leaders from bodies and businesses such as the Spanish Basketball Federation, the VIPS Group, Accenture, the Respondere Consultancy Agency, Vodafone, Fremap, Medina Mudéjar Baños Árabes, Parques Reunidos, Repsol, Cardamomo, Ceca Magán Lawyers, Trazos, Bluefish Farmaceutica and Edebé
The meeting concluded with an address by Carlos Izquierdo. Vice Councillor for Social Affairs in the Madrid Community. He thanked Pinardi Federation for its commitment to preparing needy people for work.
