(ANS – Logroño) – 170 people, from oratories and youth centres in the Salesian Province of Bilbao (SBI), took part in the V Formation Day of the “Bosko Taldea” Federation on the weekend 17-18 September.
Divided into age groups, those taking part had different workshops. For the youngest there were four: artistic expression and creativity led by Eli Pérez and Laura Alcantara, free-time supervisors from the “Jóvenes 88 Gazteak” association in Barakaldo; Salesian identity and education, by Angel Gudiña, President of the Don Bosco Confederation; first aid by Gema Poza, from Osakidetza; and school and voluntary service by Rocío López, coordinator of the eVOLUNciona Programme of the Bosko Taldea Federation.
The other age groups followed similar workshops with topics such as basic health care, social projects and conflict resolution. The senior group had a workshop which was also attended by the coordinators and directors of the oratories and youth centres, on the way young people think and their innermost needs.
This V Day of the Bosko Taldea Federation was made possible though the joint efforts of the Council of the Federation and the Salesians in the Domnic Savio Centre.
