Mumbai, India – August 2013 – Between the end of July and the beginning of August a training course for bakers was held. The participants were students of the Don Bosco College – Hospitality Studies of Kurla. The idea came from a meeting on the education of young Indians between the former Indian Ambassador in Germany, Ms Sujatha Singh, and the Rector of the house at Kurla, Fr Colbert da Silva. The course was given by André Houben, master bread-maker of the German Baker Association. |
