(ANS – Madrid) – Yesterday Tuesday 10 January, saw the launch of the blog “ser salesiano” (being a Salesian), produced by the Spanish Salesians and aimed at vocation ministry. Coordinated by those responsible for vocation animation in the various Spanish Provinces, it presents the vocation of the Salesians of Don Bosco in the Church.
On the new web page (http://sersalesiano.com) the various material and resources are distributed according to different stages and educational contexts: infant-elementary schools; secondary and upper schools; oratories and youth centres. In addition there a resources specifically for the educative communities, the Salesian Family and religious communities.
At present the material is available for the vocation campaign for 2012, with the slogan “Your life, your work of art,” which will be used in all the Salesian centres in the country. For this those responsible for vocation ministry have prepared group meetings, programmes of prayer and Masses, points for reflection and articles on vocation topics, days of recollection for religious communities...
In this way the Salesians in Spain are continuing their efforts to be on the net with a single harmonised presence, uniting all those involved including pastoral ministers, and young people, those for whom they are working.
