Quito, Ecuador - February 2016 – On 4 February, the national coordinators of the "Fundación Proyecto Salesiano", gathered to study the operational plans in 2016 and the facilities located in the "Control Norte" area. James Manzano, Ambato, said that the foundation enjoys credibility for its work and that this helps to convince the strategic partners to invest in children and adolescents to take them off the street and create a better future for them. There is a co-financing agreement with the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion to continue the work in Ambato and Quito as part of the family support. The coordinators and technicians have also approved the National Annual Operational Planning. |

Las Peñas, Chile - January 2016 – A Youth Camp coordinated by Fr Juan Miguel Cárcamo took place from 18 to 23 January with the participation of 80 young leaders. The objective was to strengthen, motivate and animate young people in service through Salesian community experience.
