Chiang Mai, Thailand - The THA province Youth Ministry Team organized a Salesian vocational camp at Don Bosco House Doi Saket Chiang Mai from 13-16 October. This was the first such camp since 2002. About 117 young people from the Northern part of Thailand participated in this camp. The four-day programme was animated by 25 Salesians, Postulants, and Aspirants. The Bishop of Surrathani (South of Thailand) Joseph Prathan Sridarunsil, SDB, visited the camp and gave a talk to the participants.

Macas, Ecuador - February 2016 - A meeting of the National Council of the Salesian Youth Movement was held from 26 to 28 February. The aim of the meeting was to review and continue planning for 2016 and plan for the next National SYM Congress which will take place in August.
