Gbodjomé, Togo - June 2014 - From June 25 to 29, in the Province of French-speaking West Africa, thirteen confreres in practical training and thirteen Salesian priests ordained within the past five years, met in Gbodjomé for their annual meeting. The topics discussed included the documents and the final message of the 27th General Chapter, and the Frame of Reference for Oratories and Youth Centres, the new document on Salesian accompaniment and the leadership of the Salesian priest.

Macas, Ecuador - February 2016 - A meeting of the National Council of the Salesian Youth Movement was held from 26 to 28 February. The aim of the meeting was to review and continue planning for 2016 and plan for the next National SYM Congress which will take place in August.
