Corumbá, Brazil – 23 March 2013 – As part of the Extraordinary Visitation to Brazil-Campo Grande Province, Fr Natale Vitali, Councillor for the America South Cone Region, went to Don Bosco Boys Town in Corumbá. This work was founded by Fr Ernesto Sassida, who died on 13 March this year at 93 years of age. 1,975 young people with various problems attend the school, while other programs involve 500 teenagers and a further 500 adults. In the photo, Fr Vitali is seen with people in charge of the home: Fr Antonio Muller who looks after 30 children with family problems and also works with 250 youngsters who come to the daily oratory. |
