Odxel, India - September 2012 – Starting on 10 September the South Asia Region Formation Commission met together for the first annual meeting for the academic year 2012-2013 at the Provincial House in Panjim (INP). Attended by 17 confreres it was led by Fr Francesco Cereda, General Councillor for Formation, Fr Chrys Saldanha from the Formation Department and Fr Loddy Pires, national coordinator of the Commission. During the four days various formation issues were considered including: the specific nature of intellectual formation, the Salesian Brother, formation with lay people and the formulation of a six-year plan for the Region.
