Brasilia, Brazil - November 2015 - On 24 and 25 November meetings were held for the election of new presidents of the Conference of Salesian Provinces of Brazil (CISBRASIL) and the Salesian Network Brazil (RSB). Six Salesian provincials from Brazil were present and nine Provincials of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians. Present also were the Councillor for the Missions of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, Sr. Alaíde Deretti and Fr Natale Vitali, SDB, Councillor for the American Southern Cone Region. Fr Edson Donizetti Castilho was re-elected president CISBRASIL and RSB.

Maputo, Mozambique - March 2016 - On 11 March Mother Yvonne Reungoat, Superior General of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, arrived in Mozambique for a visit which will end on 1 April. Mother Reungoat was welcomed by the FMA and SDB Superiors of Mozambique, Sister Zvonka Mikec and Fr Marco Biaggi. Macas, Ecuador - February 2016 - A meeting of the National Council of the Salesian Youth Movement was held from 26 to 28 February. The aim of the meeting was to review and continue planning for 2016 and plan for the next National SYM Congress which will take place in August.
