Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia – July 2015 – The Korean province has been working and collaborating closely with the mission work in Mongolia. Every now and then Korean confreres, FMA sisters, various Korean groups, associations and volunteers come to provide assistance. Last 17 July, Fr. Stefano Yang, Provincial of Korea, and the Provincial Economer, Fr. Isidor Hong, arrived in Mongolia. The aim of their visit is to see the life and mission work of the Salesians in Mongolia in order to find some way to help. They stayed in Ulaanbaatar (UB) for two days, while the rest of the week was spent in the Darkhan community.

Maputo, Mozambique - March 2016 - On 11 March Mother Yvonne Reungoat, Superior General of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, arrived in Mozambique for a visit which will end on 1 April. Macas, Ecuador - February 2016 - A meeting of the National Council of the Salesian Youth Movement was held from 26 to 28 February. The aim of the meeting was to review and continue planning for 2016 and plan for the next National SYM Congress which will take place in August.
