Mestre, Italy - June 2015 – Yesterday 11 June, the Salesian University Institute of Venice (IUSVE), unveiled a new cross-disciplinary Master’s at first level in Food & Wine 3.0 - Web Marketing & Digital Communication. This innovative course will start in November 2015 and will last one year, with the objective of training professionals capable of managing the communication processes in the food and wine business, with the skills required by new linguistic usage and new channels of digital communication. "The training is based on an experiential approach. The curriculum includes not only participative and interactive training, but also workshops in digital communication, real life experience, tasting trials, testimonials from successful entrepreneurs and the study of outstanding cases,” says Fr Mariano Diotto, SDB, scientific director of the Master’s programme.
