Munich, Germany - October 2014 – Thirty-five young people, aged between 18 and 27, began voluntary service in the Don Bosco Volunteer movement in various Salesian centres in Germany. They will be engaged in youth work and social work and in education. Twenty-nine of them will work in the social service volunteer movement, and the other six in the Federal voluntary service, a project run by the German government. Another fifty young German adults, members of the Don Bosco Volunteer movement, have recently begun their voluntary service in various Salesian projects abroad. |
