La Rural, Argentina – July 2014 - From 3 to 6 July, the Don Bosco Institutes in Argentina had a stall at the "Ways and Flavours 2014" exhibition, an event dedicated to local food, crafts and other tourism attractions in the country. This was the tenth time the fair was held. It centred on the theme "school-made flavours”, with products produced by the pupils of Salesian agro-technical Schools: yerba mate (a traditional drink of the Southern Cone) in San José, Misiones; the sweet milk of Río Cuarto, Córdoba; wines and olive oil from Rodeo del Medio (West Argentina). Five thousand people visited the stand, tasting and purchasing products of the highest quality. All proceeds were donated to benefit the schools and homes run by the Salesians in Argentina.
