(ANS - Rome) - "Nigeria has huge potential. The country is regarded as a sleeping giant. Someone has to waken this giant." So says Fr Jorge Crisafulli, Provincial of the English-speaking Province of West Africa. He is speaking about the need for all to work together for the good of the most populous nation in Africa, where the Salesians have increased their commitment by opening a new work in the North of the country.
All information on the origin, the present situation and the future prospects of this new Salesian mission, in a context of latent terrorist threat, is available in the SERVICE section of ANS.
