About 275 youth leaders are expected to attend the great event coming from the various Salesian Provinces in Europe.
The theme will be "Witnesses of Christ in the spirit of Don Bosco” which will be developed using Don Bosco`s idea of a Salesian Presence - home, school, church and the playground, visiting the places where Don Bosco and Mother Mazzarello lived: Colle Don Bosco, Valdocco, Turin, Mornese and Valponasca. A group of specially trained animators who will develop the themes.
The theme will also be studied at the fourth General Assembly of the European Salesian Youth Movement that will take place in the month of October in Spain, where those responsible for working on the theme will present their material and other ideas.
On May 22nd Fr. Fabio Attard, the new Councillor for Youth Ministry, was present for the meeting. He thanked the members for their work and time. Referring to the decision of the 26th General Chapter about Project Europe, he also assured the Salesian Youth Movement of his support and encouragement
