The Benediktbeuern Monastery Centre of Studies and of Formation is offering to Salesian a basic German language course between 17 July and 26 August 2011; 150 lessons of 45 minute and a further 50 hours revision in the afternoons. “A welcoming environment and a positive atmosphere provide a setting for help and support. On our part we will try our very best to contribute to the achieving of the highest results,” Fr Claudius Amann, Rector of the Benediktbeuern Centre, says in his invitation.
At the inclusive cost of 1.500 € (including tax and insurance, food and lodging, study materials and various possibilities for free times and excursions as well as the assistance of a Salesian who is in charge during the course. Study bursaries will be available for Salesians coming from eastern Europe.
For registration - for a maximum number of 25 students - and for further information enquiries should be addressed to the Rector of Benediktbeuern. The closing date for enrolment will be 1 May.
The Benediktbeuern Monastery houses a Centre of Studies and of Formation with a Faculty of Theology and a Higher Institute of Social Pedagogy.
