The award conferred jointly with TEXA EDU, was presented in the setting of the  International Technical Automobile Show held in Bologna between 20 and 24 May.

The Excellence Award established in 1997 is given by GIPA to organisations working in the automobile sector which have distinguished themselves in some particular field such as strategy and development, communication, customer service,  technological innovation etc.

The prestigious award was given to Cnos-Fap  for its commitment and innovation on behalf of young people about to enter the work force. In communicating the news of the award GIPA informed CNOS-FAP: “We are happy to inform you that CNOS-FAP has been selected by the Repair Service Professionals as a praiseworthy enterprise in the  “Spread of Knowledge” category for its difficult and courageous choice to invest in the future of many young people through its inter-disciplinary project.”
The Award was presented to Fr Sandro Mambrini SDB, Rector of the Rome - Gerini Centre and Prof. Matteo D’Andrea, National Secretary of the Automobile Sector of CNOS-FAP.

Among those present at the award ceremony were representatives of motor manufacturing companies, of the Ministry of Trade and of Transport, other works  organisations and specialist journalists.
