(ANS - Rome) - "I have the feeling that there is still much to be done in this reconstruction (...) but I think we can look at the situation with optimism and hope. Education continues to be the key.” This is one of the reflections of the Rector Major, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, in an interview he gave at the end of his visit to Haiti.
In conversation with the Delegate for Communication of the Blessed Philip Rinaldi Vice-Province of Haiti, the Rector Major talks about his impressions of his visit, the country, the Salesians and the young people of Haiti. There are also some other reflections on his experience as Rector Major and the Bicentenary of the birth of Don Bosco.
