(ANS - Rome)-  The last of the videos produced by young people on the 27th General Chapter is available now, almost three weeks after the end of the Chapter… a reminder of those days rich in fraternity and Salesian spirituality.

This last video is the work of the young people of the Miaramandeha Cinema Circle of the Salesian Youth Centre at Pedara near Catania in Sicily. Technically it is highly professional techniques and shows particular creativity.  It tells the story of the last day of GC27 on 12 April.

It lasts almost twenty minutes and is longer than the previous videos. It deals with issues of interest to young people today - unemployment, reality and digital communication, prospects for production work. At the same time it carefully investigates the characteristic unchanging features of the Salesian world - the oratory, the Preventive System, sayings of Don Bosco ...                              

Several of the General Councillors can be seen, as well as Fr Pascual Chávez and Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, ninth and tenth Successors of Don Bosco. The final part of the video consists of an unedited double interview with the two Rector Majors.
