After introducing the method of work and the Pastoral Plan of the Prelature, Fr Carlos Muro Hernández SDB described the Participative Planning Process which involves gathering information from all the deaneries and the individual parishes with regard to the history, the people, the society and the Christian community.

Fr Pedro González Villanueva SDB spoke about the progress made following the Continental Mission held in the  Prelature in 2008. Afterwards the various deaneries got together to discuss the Planning Process and the Continental Mission, in order to improve the Plan for the  Prelature.
