The three directors of CISBRASIL, Bro Cledson Rodrigues, Fr Pessinatti and Fr Ronaipe presented the plans for 2012. At the same time the FMA Provincials were meeting to assess and approve their national level plans.
On 22 November, on the basis of other successful joint projects, the Salesians and the FMA set up a new network called “Red Salesiana Brasil”.
It is almost 10 years since the Salesians of Don Bosco and the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians began net-working, bringing together the infant schools, compulsory middle schools into a single network with shared activities.
The Red Salesiana Brasil is the first project to be undertaken by all the Provinces of the Salesians and the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians. 22 November 2011 will become a key date for Salesian networking, when the joint activities of the SDB and FMA assume a legal character with e new association.
