(ANS - Rome) - Preparations continue for the Seventh International Congress of Mary Help of Christians (Turin - Colle Don Bosco, 6 to 9 August 2015). It is a significant event for the Salesian Family. Thanks to Providence and to the availability of so many people and groups who are contributing towards the success of the event, preparations are proceeding on schedule. In view of the many requests, the registration date has been extended.

"The motto of the Congress: 'Hic domus mea, inde gloria mea - From the house of Mary to our homes', is meant to show the maternal presence of Mary, Mother of the Church and Help of Christians, helping all the participants to experience the beauty of belonging to a family," says Fr Pierluigi Cameroni, World Spiritual Assistant of ADMA.

Many have already registered and many expressions of interest have been received from different parts of the world. This just goes to show how the Salesian Family, with its love for Mary Help of Christians, is mobilizing to be present at this significant event, on the occasion of the bicentenary of the birth of Don Bosco and of the institution of the liturgical feast of Mary Help of Christians.

For this reason the organizers of the Congress, following several requests, have extended the registration date to 30 April 2015.
